  1. First!

Great news. This sort of hit me by surprise as I had not been keeping up on the game’s progress. With plenty of time before WAR potentially launching, I may just have to give it a whirl.

I can’t say I am dieing to play TR, but it doesn’t seem like a complete waste of time. Hopefully I can find some good p/reviews from beta testers.

  2. It’s actually a pretty good game. I’m not into Sci-Fi for the most part, but I’ve enjoyed it. Just not enough to buy it on release when Pirates and Hellgate are right around the corner.

I’ll have a casually written preview up on my blog tomorrow I hope.

  3. Personally, I’m dying for a good Sci-Fi MMO that isn’t EVE online. I need legs and a blaster and some aliens to kill already!

  4. Caught the TR video on GameTrailers.com and wouldn’t mind giving this game a try.
I’ve played EQ1, EQ2, and WoW. I’d like to try one where it wasn’t just auto attack w/ some abilities mixed in. This game looks like it has lots of potential.

  5. The TR videos can be a bit deceptive with how NCSoft likes to make everyone run around franticly. The game is not even close to a FPS. It’s still very much a MMO with control options that are similiar to a FPS.

Even though you aim like a FPS (unless you enable target locking) it’s just a matter of getting your cursor over the enemy in order to click to fire.

I should have a mini-review upon DungeonRun.com soon to go into more detail.

  6. I hope it lives up to the hype, looking forward to tying it.
I like the mix of Sci-fi and Fantasy.

  7. w00t! I won a key! only… when I tried to register it… I got a “Serial has expired:” message. LoL.. figures that my win ends up a loss.. It’s a thought that counts tho. Thanks for trying :P
