Do we know our readership or what? I know everybody out there is chomping at the bit to ditch your WoW guilds and bring about virtual ragnarok as this WoW killer is released, but NetDevil has recently announced the Lego Universe MMO is under heavy development and is set for a 4th Quarter 2008 release.

It has also been stated to be “kid friendly” which we take to mean you won’t be able to gank your fellow lego peices and camp the poor sods while they work on building their Lego masterpieces. Unfortunately this also likely alienates 99.8% of the MMO player market, but that hasn’t stopped NetDevil from past efforts.

Actually now that we think of it, the entire Lego Universe Motto seems to be completely devoid of MMO player values…
