  1. How can I install, test, or just agree with the terms of use from DIGIPEN:

DIGIPEN MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT THE GAMES SOFTWARE IS FREE OF MALICIOUS PROGRAMMING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSE PROGRAMS, WORMS, MACROS AND THE LIKE. AS THE PARTY ACCESSING THE GAMES SOFTWARE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GUARD AGAINST AND DEAL WITH THE EFFECTS OF ANY SUCH MALICIOUS PROGRAMMING.

In other words “this software can be a trojan horse, spyware, virus, or anything that will catch information from your PC, damage data, etc….

    NO I CANT AGREE…..

    How can I agree???? on 04 25th, 2006

  2. Any software you install, whether it be a game, application, e-book, etc. will have this line or something very similar to it in their License Agreement. Which makes me wonder how you are posting on the internet if you don’t agree with that.
